These Terms govern your use of CutPay at cutpay.app. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CutPay is a tool that helps barbers and barber businesses record income and expenses, calculate profit, and generate reports for their own organization and record-keeping.

2. Not professional advice

CutPay is NOT a tax advisor, accountant, bookkeeper, financial advisor, or legal advisor, and does not provide professional advice of any kind.

Calculations and reports are provided for organization and record-keeping purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying your data and figures before relying on them for taxes, accounting, or any official or financial purpose. See our Financial Disclaimer.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Your data & content

You own the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it so we can provide the service to you.

6. Availability & changes

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability. A lawyer must finalize these clauses.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
